Qiao Fangling is an editor at the Psychological Health Education Center of *Qilu Health News*, Vice Chairman of the Personality and Social Psychology Committee of the Shandong Psychological Association, and a member of the World Chinese Psychologists Association. He has co-edited two books: *Positive Discipline* and *Psychology of Adolescence in the New Era*. Currently, he serves as a senior expert instructor at the Pengzhan Educational Psychology Research Institute in Jinan, Shandong Province, helping thousands of families and children through scientifically practical methods.

Qiao Fangling, male, was born in 1989 in Taiqian, Puyang.
In 2007, at the age of 18, Qiao Fangling read *The Cure for Neurasthenia and Obsessive Thoughts* by Morita Masatake, sparking his curiosity and passion for psychology. Using self-taught psychology, he "won" a dialogue with his parents.
At 19, Qiao Fangling enrolled in Zhengzhou University, the only 211 institution in Henan Province, to systematically study psychology. There, he met his first mentor, Professor Wang Yuzhong of Applied Psychology at Zhengzhou University. Through hard work, he became a prized student, even assisting his mentor with teaching duties. In 2012, he left Zhengzhou to pursue further studies at Peking University in Beijing under Professor Gao Yunpeng of Psychology, who provided personalized guidance in courses like *Fundamentals of Psychology*, *Abnormal Psychology*, and *Medical Psychology*.
In 2015, Qiao Fangling returned to Zhengzhou from Beijing, and Professor Wang Yuzhong immediately recommended him to teach at Zhengzhou University (formerly Henan Medical University), Henan University of Chinese Medicine (formerly Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine), and Shuqing Medical College. In 2018, he left academia and joined the Pengzhan New Era Education Research Institute in Jinan, Shandong. Over the years, Qiao Fangling localized and practicalized psychology, developing courses such as the *Top-Level Language Design* Beginner Workshop and Advanced Class, *Family Systems Education* Practical Course, and *LATS Learning Power Parent-Child Camp*. His teachings span from kindergarten to elementary school, junior high to high school, and extend to university student guidance and career selection in society.

Qiao Fangling holds multiple professional certifications in psychology. He is a Senior Family Education Instructor, Adolescent Psychological Counselor, Marriage and Family Education Instructor, NLP Practical Psychology Mentor, Family Systemic Constellation Facilitator, and a member of the Jinan Psychological Health Association. He is also a member of the Jinan Caring Committee’s Hand-in-Hand Volunteer Service Group for Orphaned and Disadvantaged Children, fully demonstrating his professional expertise and skills in the field of psychology.
